ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED: A comfortable, extra wide rolled lip and easy-grip collar give you exceptional control when mixing or pouring. Our stainless steel mixing bowl set is dishwasher and freezer safe. Lids should be hand washed or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher on low heat. To get a tight seal, press down firmly in the center of the lid to close. This will “burp” out the air and ensure a great fit.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable return method. All returns must be pre-approved using eBay’s return process. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + shipping fees.
We only ship to verified/confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to meet the guaranteed delivery date. We understand that eBay has various shipping options, we will try our best to ship with your preferred method.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses.
Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are at the shipping address to sign for the package.
We typically ship between 1-4 business days after receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not considered ‘business days’. This processing time is required for all shipments — express shipments, as well as standard shipments.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. If this happens you will be charged additional shipping charges due to shipping the package back and forth. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. If your package was damaged during transit, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.

To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.
A restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returned items. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. A valid phone number is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification & shipping protection. The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver. If this happens you will be charged all applicable shipping charges up to double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
